Spangled Cabaret and Oran Mor present an array of acts interpreting the works of Ivor Cutler.

Ivor Cutler (15th Jan 1923-3rd March 2006)

Deadpan-eccentric-legend Mr Cutler is a cult figure loved by many for his unique childlike view of the world. Poet, performer, songwriter, painter and writer - doing things in his own funny way for 5 decades, he is an influence on a number of folks (The Beatles,Bonzo Dog Doo Dah Band,BMX Bandits and possibly lots of other acts beginning with the letter B). Tonight his works are interpreted in many different ways and being a member of the Noise Abatement Society Mr Cutler would probably have found a lot of what can be heard tonight as a lot of muck!
